Welcome to the second edition of our "Spartan Spotlight" series. Today we're featuring 2d Lt. Jessica Hailey, Officer in Charge of Force Management and Customer Support & Acting MPF Commander. She's been with McConnell's 22 FSS for 7 months and is originally from Camden, North Carolina, but before this, she was in Raleigh at NC State's ROTC Program.
Lt. Hailey enjoys the variety of tasks she has in her role as OIC of Force Management and Customer Support, never knowing what the next day will bring. In her free time, she likes to read, play video games, paint, and take her dogs to the dog park. Jessica is also passionate about family and is excited to be welcoming a baby boy in July with her husband.
One thing that makes McConnell FSS unique, according to Lt. Hailey, is the close-knit community that exists on this small base. She feels like everyone knows everyone, and it feels like "a big family whose only goal is to see each other succeed." We couldn't agree more!
