If your children are between the ages of 5 and 12, you can breathe easily, knowing your school age they are in a safe, fun and educational environment at the School Age Program, accredited by the National Afterschool Alliance. Lesson plans engage children in reading and writing, creative arts, homework hour, drama, dance, sewing, computer lab, 4-H, and community service. Nutritious, USDA-approved snacks and meals are provided.
The is Summer Camp for all-day care during the summer months. Your child will have a blast going swimming, horseback riding, bowling, and will take weekly field trips throughout the state.
The School Age Program has openings for before and after school care.

McConnell Air Force Base School Age Program Has Been accredited by the Council on Accreditation
The Council on Accreditation (COA) is delighted to inform you that McConnell Air Force Base School Age Program has been accredited. COA’s commitment to maintaining the highest level of standards and quality improvement is designed to identify providers that have set high performance standards for themselves and have made a commitment to their constituents to deliver the highest quality services. COA is proud to recognize McConnell Air Force Base School Age Program as one of these outstanding providers.
COA accreditation is an objective and reliable verification that provides confidence and support to an after school program’s children and youth, parents, staff and community partners. The COA accreditation process involves a detailed review and analysis of both a program’s administrative operations and its service delivery practices. All are “measured” against national standards of best practice. These standards emphasize services that are accessible, appropriate, culturally responsive, evidence based, and outcomes-oriented, In addition, they confirm that the services are provided by a skilled and supported workforce and that all individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
