The following three locations issue ID cards and do DEERS/RAPIDS updates by appointment.  To make an appointment at any of these locations log onto any computer and go to https://rapids-appointments.dmdc.osd.mil.   If you do not have an appointment, call ahead for availability.

Active Duty-22^nd FSS Customer Service:  Located on McConnell AFB in building 795.  Phone number:  (316) 759-3737.  Hours of operation: M-T-W & F 0830 - 1630.  Thus 0700 – 1700. Closed the 3^rd Friday of every month.

KSANG Unit-184^th FSS:  Located on west side of McConnell AFB at Minuteman Drive and Jayhawk Dr.  Phone number:  (316)759-7431.  Hours of operation:   M-T-W & F 0800 - 1600.  Thur 0800 -1600.  Also open on drill weekends, the first weekend of every month, unless it falls on a holiday, than it will be the second weekend of the month.  Drill weekend hours 0800-1530.

KSARNG Unit-287^th Sustainment Brigade:  Located at East Central and North Edgemoor at 620 N Edgemoor in Wichita.  Phone number:  (316) 681-6261/6200.  Hours of operation: Mon – Thur  0830 - 1630.  Closed on Fridays. 

For the two locations listed below, always call ahead for availability.

USAF Reserve Unit- 931^st ARW:  Located on McConnell AFB on Topeka St. in building 1185 room 126.  Phone number:  (316) 759-2519.  Hours of operation:  M-F 0730 – 1600.  This location will be going to an appointment system within the next 60 days.

KSNG Unit-263^rd RSS:  Located in Hutchinson, KS at 1111 N. Severance.  Phone number:  (620)728-4200.  Hours of operation:  M-F 0800 – 1600

All locations are closed on Federal Holidays.
