Marketing staff work to promote on-going services and activities that support the morale, welfare and recreation of our troops. Our office provides team McConnell with the latest services news via print and electronic methods. Check out what’s happening by picking up a Buzz Magazine at any FSS service or activity.
Who do we market for? Catagory "B" and "C" activities of the 22d Force Support Squadron.
What marketing tools do we use? Posters; flyers; table tents; social media; web site; monthly services magazine; weekly, base-wide e-mails; commercials; TV slide shows
Where do we market? www.RefuelMcConnell.com, Facebook (McConnell AFB Force Support Squadron); Twitter (McConnell 22FSS); Robert J. Dole Community Center Hallways; in the 22FSS Activities; marquees located near base entrance and by Robert J. Dole Community Center.
When do we market? We ask that customers submit work orders at least two weeks before they want the information to go out to their audience. If customers do not allow two weeks, certain marketing tools may not be available. Acceptance of last minute orders is at the discretion of the Marketing Director or Marketing Assisstant and is based on current work loads. Information for the services magazine is submitted six weeks in advance so that it may be compiled, proofed and printed.
